A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to supplier policies and cancellation fees. Changes to bookings may incur additional charges. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We are not liable for denied entry or delays due to improper documentation.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel services provided. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or changes to floral blooming schedules.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
